-Add more fruits and veggies to my diet
(I mean this in the sense of lifestyle, I do not DIET!)
-Eliminate soda from my life!
(Diet soda too! Sugar substitutes makes the body crave sugar, therefore causing you to want more soda!)
-If it says "HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP" don't buy it
-Eat breakfast
(Need to get your body and mind started for the day. Starving yourself leads to nibbling and mindless munching before lunch. No, you shouldn't pile on the bacon and sausage.)
-Carry a snack
-Eat every 3-4 hours
(small frequent meals are better than 3 big meals)
-KEEP A FOOD JOURNAL
(Trying to lose weight or shape up? Both? At first this may seem like a chore, don't worry, you will get the hang of it!)
Simple little changes turn out to be a BIG step toward living a HEALTY LIFESTYLE. Doing some or most of these already? GREAT! Add something new to your day.
