Attitude

Isn't that the truth?  Attitude is defined as:  a mental position with regard to a fact or state <a helpful attitude> b : a feeling or emotion toward a fact or state.  What is your attitude?  Our experiences usually shape our attitude but do you find it negative or positive?  There are times when things do not go the way I would like but I choose to use that as a learning experience and move forward.  I prefer to remain positive and helpful to others.  So what does your attitude look like?  Is it happy and you want to share it?  I hope so but if not lets find some ways to change that - together! 
-STOP NEGATIVE THOUGHTS IN THEIR TRACKS
-STOP WORRYING ABOUT EVERYTHING (you can only control you)
-COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS (don't show the world an ungrateful spirit)
-CHOOSE TO BE AN OPTIMIST (assuming all your basic needs are met, happiness is a choice)
-DON'T BOTHER OVERANALYZING PEOPLE
-Cultivate patience with people. Others' differences can sour your attitude, draining your energy. Realize we're all different, and force yourself to find just one thing you like about someone who's annoying you.
