Yep, it is time to get the week rolling once again! Can you start it off with a 20 minute walk? Remember, 20 minutes of brisk walking or jogging has been proven to help as much as a long walk! Did you eat your breakfast? Not just a breakfast bar! Your breakfast should be your highest caloric meal of the day. Fiber, carbs, protein and a bit of healthy fat to get your brain and body going. Sugary cereal does not count, sorry folks!
Stretch and move that body during the day. Do lunges across the room, when no one is watching. How about squats while you are on the phone? Your body will thank you for it!
