I DID IT!

Well, I made it to BodyCombat class and I survived!  I am now frantically searching my kitchen for ingredients to throw together a "heal my sore body" juice concoction! I will tell you tomorrow how sore I really am, I think panic is starting to set in though.  Certain vegetables contain a powerhouse antioxidant called phytochemicals, which also aids in post workout muscle repair!  Now, we are talking, bring on the vegetables!  Plus, vegetables are a very low calorie-density food.  So I ended up with a tomato, garlic, apple, and spinach drink.  I know, it may not sound great, but it really hit the spot!
So, about the class.  As always, I show up a few minutes early so I can meet the instructor and get the scoop.  One key thing she told me was "have fun and laugh at  yourself!"  Ok, I can do that, and that is exactly what I did!  At one point I was so confused, not only was I laughing, so was she!  Also, as it turns out, I wasn't the only newcomer in the class!
My point is simple, life is too short to worry if anyone is laughing at you!  Laugh at yourself and enjoy your journey!!
