HOW ARE YOU?

Looking back on the week, can you identify your strengths and weaknesses?  If you are keeping a food journal, is there a pattern for choices that are not quite so healthy?  If you have set goals for exercising, are you posting results?
Don't be to hard on yourself if you had a set back.  Identifying the reason is half the battle,  keep your chin up and keep working hard!  You CAN do it!

  1. My achievement this week was jogging 55 minutes at 5mph on the treadmill! No walking or water breaks. I am so proud of myself :)
