So about the shoes! Literally the lightest running shoe I have ever had on my feet. It was a bit weird at first because I am used to thick soles. After a few strides I could actually feel my feet hitting the ground. Like being a kid running down the street barefoot but with a little padding, thank goodness. I ran my normal morning route to Starbucks and found on the way back, my calves were tired! Yes, tired! Different muscles than normal were being used and I like it! If you haven't checked them out I encourage you to! It is a totally freeing experience! No joke.
