Step AWAY from the computer and television!
Just wondering if you have decided to take my WEEKEND CHALLENGE? If so, keep it up. If not, why not? Maybe jogging or running isn't "your thing" and that is ok. But in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle there is one thing you must do and that is GET MOVING! No one here is asking you to go out and log mile upon mile because that can become boring and old very quickly. Can you say burnout? Twenty minutes would equal a mile at a pace of 3mph. That is 7 miles per week if you just took twenty minutes! Make a calendar and hang it up to hold yourself accountable. How would that look on your "achievement" refrigerator? Take the time to enjoy this world! Go alone or grab a partner and get outside. Don't tell yourself "it is to hot out" or "I don't have time!" If it is hot then wait until later. If you don't think you have time, I think you are important enough to make the time. I am sure "they" will understand! Happy trails!
