Simple but EFFECTIVE!
If losing and maintaing a healthy weight is your goal, purchase a FOOD SCALE! I picked one up at Walmart for around twenty dollars. I like digital but it doesn't have to be digital. Sound like a chore? Trust me, do it a few times and you will really start to enjoy it! It is amazing to see how little, or how big, a serving actually is! It is a very effective tool in losing, and maintaining, your weight. Don't forget to combine this with your food journal! Journal, Journal, Journal!
