Bring it on! Weekend is over, just a few more hours left to prepare for the week ahead. Think about what you will be eating for snacks, lunch, and dinner. Is there anything you can prepare tonight, for the days ahead? Boil eggs and keep them in the refrigerator for a quick snack? Pre-bag snacks for portion control?
If you are adding exercise to your life, do you have goals? Are they posted for you to easily see and keep track? Remember to reward yourself for your accomplishments!
Whatever it is you are changing in your life, share it! Let others encourage you, who knows, maybe what you are doing will encourage change for them!
This week for me: BodyCombat! I have been wanting to try it for quite sometime, but as we all know, sometimes we get in our own way. You know, fear, embarrassed, all the scary things of the world. They posted a sign at the gym, it is officially BodyCombat Week. Whatever that means, count me in!
