You bet I do! Just remember to dress appropriately. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
-Wear shades (the glare for the snow is blinding!)
-Hat and gloves are a must! Mittens work well in really cold temps because your fingers can share heat.
-Dress in layers. Thin layer next to skin which wicks sweat away from your body (think Nike DriFit.) Breathable layer on top (think Gore-Tex or nylon) to protect against wind. If it is really cold put a layer of fleece in between.
If it dips below zero degrees or minus 20 with the windchill - stick to the treadmill! I am going to venture out and try either a neck gaiter or ski mask. Added to my shopping list for today - I will let you know which I select and how it works. My goal is keep the air warm as it enters my lungs (ouch) in the beginning of my run and protect my cheeks from the elements.
